Role & responsibilities :

• Overall administration of Attendance system and to keep update on daily basis. Overall administration of Time Office jobs.
• Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs and requirements.
• Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization

• To cross check Contractual attendance with Duty Roster & Manning along with Billing value.
• To check and review Contractual manning on daily basis and plug the gaps and to ensure smooth running of all Plants.
• To assist in Recruitments, interviews, tests to fill vacant positions.
• To assist in Recruitment's, interviews, tests to fill vacant positions.
• Coordinates all management training.
