Job Description :

• Employees joining & exit formalities.
• Time Office maintaining,
• Taking care payroll of employees ERP / SAP.
• Maintain work culture in the Plant.
• Resolving conflicts.
• Maintaining good employee relation.
• Organising Training workshop timeto time by giving all kinds of
training and developthemforthebenefit of the Company.
• Maintained Database and Personnel File of employees.
• Handling Manpower Contractors and the Contractor Manpowers
as well as Permanent Manpowers at Gurap Plant.
• Co coordinating attendance & maintaining the Leave
record of the employee.
• Maintained resignation records, ex-employee dues;
processed resignations with respective department
heads.
• Assisted in Plant Facility Management and Administrative Work
Including Security, Housekeeping, Plant canteen, Transport
management,gardening, beautificationof GurapPlant etc.
• Handling various queriesof theEmployees
pertaining to the ESI, PF etc.
• Involvement of HR policies development
• Supervision of statutory Compliances under various
Industrial Laws. i.e.PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Factories
Act& Industrial Dispute Act
• Implementation of IR processes and Practices viz. Employee
Benefit Schemes such as PF, Superannuation, Gratuity, ESI, &
Bonus etc.

Experience Minimum :03 yrs. Maximum : 15 yrs.

Educational Qualification • Graduate with/ or HR Management Graduate .

Ideal Candidate would have : Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates having working experience preferably in any plant
in West Bengal.

Skill Needed • Good in communication and IT savvy.
• Good in Factory compliance and Factory Act.
• Well conversed in labour laws.

ACTC • Best in the industry. (Depends on last drawn ACTC).
