Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team
and ensure smooth and efficient sales operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent
communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously. As a Sales Coordinator, you will assist in various administrative duties, help
track sales performance, manage customer relationships, and contribute to achieving sales
targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and
reports for clients.
• Customer Relationship Management: Serve as a point of contact for customers,
addressing inquiries, providing information on product offerings, and ensuring timely
follow-ups.
• Order Processing: Handle sales orders from initiation through to fulfillment, including
managing order entry, invoicing, and coordinating with internal departments such as
logistics and customer service.
• Database Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date customer database,
ensuring that all sales activities are tracked in the CRM system.
• Sales Reporting: Monitor and track sales targets, performance, and forecasts. Prepare
and present regular sales performance reports to management.
• Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the inventory and purchasing teams to
ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Event Coordination: Assist in the coordination of trade shows, sales events, and product
launches.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and customer service teams
to ensure alignment on strategies and goals.
• If any other task is assigned, one must be open to do that.
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
• Experience with sales forecasting and reporting.
• Familiarity with the industry and competitive landscape.
• Bilingual (if applicable).
