Role & responsibilities

Determining cash flow requirements with handling petty cash and making payment for cash requirement.

• Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors accounts.
• Preparation of salary sheet
• Sending funds requisition and Vendors payments.
• Review the audit (GST/Internal/External) and support.
• Managing the day to day bank transactions.
• Maintaining bank balances of various banks on daily basis and ensuring that all issued cheque have been cleared by the bank.
• Preparing bank reconciliation statement of various banks on daily/monthly basis
• Responsible for Pay pro and Vendor payments
• Vendors, capital creditors clearings
• Clearing Bill entries and Bank entries
• Preparation of Vendor balance monthly report.
• Accounts payable, customer receivables, BRS, Payment clearing
• Assert reconciliation capex.
• Handling Customer invoices
• Audit schedule related to revenue
