Assistant General Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's

revenue growth.

• Client Acquisition: Successfully acquire new clients and expand the customer base in

the ELV sector

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and

stakeholders, addressing their needs and fostering long-term partnerships.

• Sales Targets: Set and monitor sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics for the

sales team.

• Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients and partners to secure contracts and close

high-value sales opportunities

• Market Expansion: Identify and develop new market segments and geographic regions

for business expansion.

• Team Development: Develop and enhance the skills of the sales team, preparing them

for future leadership roles.

• Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients

and stakeholders.

• Sales Process Improvement: Implement and monitor sales process improvements to

enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical

1) Candidate should have 15+ years of experience in sales for Used Car.

2) Should Ready to relocate to Hyderabad.

3) Preferred experience is in End life Vehicle sales and operations.
