Conduct analysis of market competitors, market conditions and campaign effectiveness
Monitoring DCRs of the SO s with help of Team Leader
Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance

Liaising with other line managers
Assuring that the employees of the Sales Department conduct their affairs in a manner conducive to the organization
