Assistant Manager HR /IR Male Candidates Preferred

Role & responsibilities:

• Induction and joining formalities for new joiners at the site.
• Maintain updated org. chart, RRAs, and KRAs of all employees.
• Coordinate with talent engagement team for Joining, probation confirmation, employee engagement, and Exits.
• Coordinate with C&B for leaves, attendance, payroll, PMS and full & final settlements .the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Ensure renewal of licenses as per the factories act, Statutory compliances, and CSR activities.

Initiate disciplinary issues, employee grievance handling & contract labor management ,
