Good place to work for long term like a family. But growth opportunities are very limited. Lacks training from Ramada Windham. Increment is for name sake only.

Marketing for F&B department is poor. Very poor. Salary increment is very low. No motivation for staff. Training are rare for managers.

Enjoyed the time very much at Ramada Cochin. All are like one family there. Nice resort to stay. But lacks marketing for F&B division and Banquets. Hence our hands were tied; we were unable to spread our wings in the market.
