Dislikes

Heavy work pressure. Poor and incompetent management. No work life balance whatsoever. To management you are just a slave, not a human. Heavy politics and highly toxic work environment. I have worked in top MNCs and this is the worst experience. Will never recommend Rakuten Symphony to anyone.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
