Company culture was good but deteriorating gradually. You can take a bit of flexibility in timings unless you have a meeting. 3 meals a day is provided on booking it a day prior. Good team outing and people in general are quite approachable. Some events are competitions are conducted like chess, foosball etc. Free gym with instructor. Washrooms are maintained well with sanitary pads for women.

Dislikes

Had toxic team leads and manager who weren't supportive. Give hope to convert interns/trainee to full-time employees but will revoke it a lot citing budget issues.(Happens every year) They have forced a lot of people to resign.

The work environment for folks in corporate functions and lower down the rung is not cared for. Some toxic folks in the higher rung create havoc and the rest either need to face the music, or are asked to leave. People centric work culture is a farce.

Managers who will never appreciate your work and still expect a lot, in ai domain but being assigned dev tasks, no cab service, no job security, pays peanuts for salary to contractors and interns and expects them to work A LOT. Deadlines. Do better, Rakuten.
