Rakuten is a great company with very transparent working culture and always priorities it's employees. This is only from top level

Dislikes

Team to team management differ so working culture and never freezing requirements. Indian manager just always say yes to Japanese manager, even if the work is impossible within the timeline and then developer has to work night and on weekend with out any benefits given. More working hours = more capable.
