Nothing . Work culture not good. No staff. Everybody leaves job in 3 months time. No proper work.

Dislikes

Boss is old man . No proper assistants .No work in office. Only 2 employees left. All employees leave in 2 to 3 months. No job security.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
