As we are working with government rules and regulations,so there are many restrictions to implement new ideas and no difference between poor and excellent work.

Dislikes

I dislike reservation system in government service , specially in promotions also.

Being Head of Personnel Department of Power Plant I look after HR related matters along with industrial dispute. We also deal with legal matters also.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
