These are genuine likes: 1. They maintain cultural activities like involving in pooja in navratri and others. 2. They conduct monthly meeting in this meeting they generally discuss projects and all. 3. They celebrate diwali and new year. 4. Sometimes they moves the machine from which they are placed by doing this owner think it maintains factory clean.

Dislikes

These are genuine dislikes for someone who's going to join this factory which you should aware of it which I faced here: 1. If you come late 15 minutes they DEDUCT salary as of 30 minutes means twice, this doesn't make discipline but makes rudeness. 2. In this factory not having CL, SL,EL leave policy. 3. They have a scheme if you complete one year then they increase salary as per VARIABLE type of sales terms if they having good sales in month then salary will increase if not then will decrease as per variable 3 to 4%. 3. In this firm having so many LABOUR CASES against owner. 4. They have THIRD PARTY type H.R. not on regular basis. 5. Sometimes owner ABUSES directly to employees.
