Leave Policies.... Bond of 2 Years for experienced. To much changes made at last which was not aware to employees. No additional benefits like visiting card, mobile reimbursement or medical benefits.... No Mobile phones allowed.... And many more....... Worst Canteen Area.....

I had absolute independent portfolio. I loved the fact that I was loved by the entire team members from an office boy to CEO. As a result my performance was appreciated by one and all. I was very open to critical comments which helped me enhance my performance and the HR department on the whole.

Where to I start ? First of all if you want to go for washroom your out time will be noted by your seniors. If you are taking 40 minutes of break then you didn't complete your 8:30 hours of in time ( it doesn't matter whether you stayed there more than 10 hours). Going for washroom more than 3 times a day then you are a bad employee. When you join the organisation they will show you the big infrastructure. But when you join this big infrastructure they will say you can't sit outside in your break also. Generally HR will handle the all thing but here HR is also included into some politics like if you are not obey them then you are not good fit. You have to say sir ma'am to every fu**** members in your team and seniors. They are not aware with the IT culture. If you want to join school again then must go for this organisation. If you ask any questions to seniors (tech lead I mean) they will noted it and will tell this to your manager. Very poor management. In this company they are just spending money to do digital marketing. So that they have all eyes on them.. but real fact is that .. no any employee of this company is happy there . They all just wants to complete there contract. So basically I forgot main point this company is having 2.5 lakhs of bond for 2 years.once you are in then you have to complete the bond. But if you leave after completion of your bond then you have to pay more than 50k . Because they have this kind of different rules and policies that whatever time you leave this organisation minimum amount ( it's almost around 70-80k) you have to pay to get your reliving letter. If you want to care about your mental health and manage work life balance please please do not join this organisation at all. I can write essay here but I don't want to 😊 Seniors (tech leads)will threatened you with lots of new rules and regulations. * If no projects are there then they will conduct a test for the sake of performance measurement and whether you will perform well or not they will consider it as bad performance only and post that they will ask you for leave immediately. * Leave policy is totally shit here, we cannot apply two leave simultaneously. and for single leave, we need to inform them 15 days earlier * Favoritsm is there for people who are very close to the manager * Bond is also there which is totally shit around 2.5 years of bond * Projects are there but no proper hierarchy of teams is there * Worst work culture ever i have seen , everyday we need to complete 9 hours without any miss else money is going to be deduct from out salary * No work from home policy...Read More
