The management, manager Krishna from Frontline and the supervisors who shall remain anonymous. But I will mention Krishna as he is the worst manager and completely bias with employees. Full of politics, unprofessionalism and drama. They can fire employees suddenly without the employees knowledge. Only after few days of not letting them logged in, they will just call after 3-4 days to just announce that you're fired for some compliance which was never made aware about, by supervisors and manager. They use employees as scapegoats and kick them out when there a slight decrease of performance in the frontline process. This is done such to avoid audit and managers can get caught not doing their job. And 10 hrs total login is purely using all the employees strength to slave for them. Krishna manager plays his favourites as well with some few employees. Worst management and supervisors are super unprofessional, speaking only Hindi and use profane languages in meetings. They will openly humiliate employees in meetings by playing their bad calls and give a very demeaning comments infront of all the teams combined. You can't even take leaves even when medical certificate is submitted to them. Salary is totally unacceptable and they will deduct both salary and incentives for absence. You will think inspire of salary, I can earn from incentives. But no, only the favourite ones will only get good calls for collection and so, incentives goes to them always. All you will end up is salary and few 2-5k of incentives that's it. You will be underpaid for all the effort you put in, for 9 hrs of login every single day and all they will notice is your mistakes only. Although, The salary benefits are impeccable the leave requests are denied and cut shorted. There is no overtime but if the goals aren't meeting you're informed to work on a Saturday as well. No micro management but there is no work life balance

Poor leadership structure, from senior vice president to director, supervisor, manager, payroll and hr. They are dishonest, bias, petty and unprofessional in every sense of the word. While everyone claims they have an open door policy, they cannot be trusted. Best believe they are going to take the word of their friend or favorite employee, without conducting a thorough investigation. They penalize you for the wrongs that they do. If you have a disagreement with a member of the leadership team a year ago, it either reflects on your review, or they refuse to do your review. Radius Global Solutions is a Poorly Managed Organization. Beware of the highly Toxic Environment. Politics overlooked or maybe also encouraged by higher management. Employee satisfaction does not exist in their dictionary. They will hire anyone who they feel will stick along. After you join no one will ever ask you how you feel about the job. No wonder 7 out of 10 employees quit this organization within the first 3 months. They will ask for unrealistic results. (Even a child knows 1+1=2.
