Despite the company's long history of operation, its infrastructure leaves much to be desired, even falling behind what one might expect from a startup. The IT department routinely emphasizes that both in-house and external applications require higher system configurations to function efficiently. However, these upgrades remain elusive, almost as if you'd need to wish upon a shooting star for them to materialize—particularly if you find yourself working remotely on the night shift. This technological inefficiency significantly hampers productivity and creates a frustrating work environment for employees. The office politics within the company are nothing short of toxic and unbearable. There's a blatant lack of investment in employee development, with the organization contributing absolutely no effort toward upskilling or professional growth. Instead, the focus is on extracting the maximum amount of work from employees, pushing them to perform like oxen with little regard for their well-being. Training is not about enhancing your skills or preparing you for advancement; it's about conditioning you to endure heavy workloads without question. Moreover, the workplace is filled with hypocrisy and jealousy. Some individuals will go to great lengths to make your work experience miserable if they feel their egos aren't being sufficiently stroked. These same people will manipulate situations to force you to extend your shift, regardless of your personal time or well-being, simply to maintain their sense of power and control. No growth, no new challenges or new things to learn for development, managers will shout unnecessarily, just want collection no mental health, bogus management, manager's don't have decency to talk, HR is just for name sake, shift timing are shuffled every week with the convience of managers

Although, The salary benefits are impeccable the leave requests are denied and cut shorted. There is no overtime but if the goals aren't meeting you're informed to work on a Saturday as well. No micro management but there is no work life balance

Radius Global Solutions is a Poorly Managed Organization. Beware of the highly Toxic Environment. Politics overlooked or maybe also encouraged by higher management. Employee satisfaction does not exist in their dictionary. They will hire anyone who they feel will stick along. After you join no one will ever ask you how you feel about the job. No wonder 7 out of 10 employees quit this organization within the first 3 months. They will ask for unrealistic results. (Even a child knows 1+1=2. Radius will behave like the spoilt child & say, Why is it not 3??, I want 3!!, I want 3!!!). Its a pity....Read More
