Eurofins feels stuck, recently more emphasis on infra projects. Salary hike , promotions are hard to come..HR and Leadership seems disconnected. Senior leadership has no meaningful work, just happy holding to their stagnant positions for paycheck with influence.

Old technology and people are using wpf applications still and no growth or promotion , QA team has members who are there for decade and they will retire there itself and after spending years I lost my communication skill , technical skills and worst team I ever worked in my lifetime.

Only people who does bucketing to manager will get timely promotions and Good hikes, your efforts are not recognized only the level of bucketing you do matters mainly in Comlims It's weird that manger here expects you to call them sir rather than by name What else worse is managers thinks as if they are giving hikes from their own packets
