I'm working with Fujitsu from last 2years, its good experience nice work environment good learning, employee friendly company transport is good shift time is excellent hear you can explore your skills, onsite opportunity, HR policy is good best company to work.

Job security is not as much as needed, as long as you are having projects and making money you will be king but i if you get on to bench you are always be on the verge of thrown out. Still leadership try to accommodate good resources giving partial allocations for time being to keep you safe from HRs. Overall i will call it below average from job security perspective.

The Fujitsu Consulting India Pvt Ltd is a great place to work. They invest so much in an employees skills development and well being. Technical and linguistic skill can be enhanced as well as work satisfaction can be achieved through your dedication. Most importantly they do care about your ideas and opinion.

The company campus is located far away from city, taking this into consideration, the transport facility should have been top notch and must be free of cost, but on the contrary the transport facility is worst and it is the main reason many good employees leave.

1(Only team who those are working on same position were I am. 2) Projects are good can learn multiple technology

1) Management Team (Manager, Team leader ,SDM) they don't care about employee not talking about specific person took reviews from all my Fujitsu friends. 2) 3 Month bench policy & will suddenly ask attend interview from any technology which is not good. 3) Transport is an big issue have to wait almost 1-2 hour after shift also, Charges are very high. 4) Appraisal cycle is July to July 5) Notice period 3 Month won't allow to buyout if agree will charge very High. 6) Holiday & Leave System is not Good managers assure to use client holiday & HR suggest to use Indian holiday - Employee won't get Leave & Holiday. hhhh 7) No Family event scheduled by company. Manymore Still working with this org & looking for change.....hope will get chance to change...
