I only like the salary part.

Everything.. 1. Management is completely idiot.. they ask technical team members to join non-sense BPO like trainings instead of arranging good technological training. 2. Team leads are also non-approachable. 3. Team members are non-cooperative and so-called senior team members always show attitude and don't help much. 4. boring WFH model and 24*7 support model. Also no shift allowance for any shift. All together, one should only join Rackspace to hike their salary in market and leave the organization as soon as possible....Read More
