But my bad this company doesn't had any projects and with in 3 months of joining they fired my manager and I came to know next will be mine.its a mini heart attack for me Finally I moved out of this company. If you are thinking to join here and become a part of CIS team, be prepared to turn your life into hell. The manager thinks he owns you and pays you from pocket. He will micromanage you at worst level. There is no quality in work but he feels he is handling critical production pipelines. In 5 years of my career, I haven't seen such unprofessionalism in the workplace environment.
