Dumb Management and harrassment culture... They have hired a senior Manager from Texas named John Blimmel who used to harrass employees.. he realized that our job is in his hands and he can fire us anytime.. I have already resigned!

The best is working with US employees and the US management team where there was lots of scope for knowledge and skill development.

Worst part was working with Rackspace indian management, they are zero in skills, do lots of micro management, always keep on crippling about tickets and sla and don't know how to support teams and their employees. Indian Mangement is worst of kind, all are sitting for micro management and putting restrictions on employees. Before indian management everything was good but they ruined after transferring it to indian management. There is no job security they can fire anytime without any reason....Read More

The dominating managers. I guess there's a lot of power given to the managers of the project or process so they end up doing their own thing irrespective. I believe slip level meetings and manager governance should be considered

Beware before joining this company and if you do please keep looking for another job handy as you can be fired almost anytime. They really have immature leaders in team who are quite egoistic and self centred , needs complete buttering to fend themselves .

I use to like the Engagement groups effort, they try add activity.

Dislikes

Rackspace had great break times, they use to give 1hour lunch and 15 min two break which is now for Indian reduced to 30min lunch. Mexicans are getting promoted and given the opportunity first. Sometime superiors can be racist too.

Worst company ever I have joined as Sr. Accountant in tax team, poor management and manager is very toxic and insecure.

If you want to get married you can join this organisation as there is no much work and no pressure at all Again this depends upon the team as well
