RAAD Systems is a fast growing mid size organisation. RAAD has given opportunities to grow to be a hard core engineer. The experience that your gain here are wanted all over the world !! RAAD has projects that are super big and exciting. Every project is unique. Lots of exposure to technologies, big clients who come back asking for our support and a open minded work culture. I have seen my colleagues commenting on work life balance and poor payouts. Believe me, I too see that I am so addicted to work, that I neglect my family. That's my fault probably, for not prioritizing on things. Poor Salary !! I do not think RAAD has compromised paying anyone less. Every opportunity is rewarded. Spot Bonuses, Team get together, Weekly happy hours for everyone, Event celebrations, 2 bonuses a year, medical assistance, etc. Every organisation has its ups and downs, limitations and directions. Not a month that RAAD denied salaries to its employees. Projects keep pouring in and even during the difficult times during the pandemic, we had real good work going on....Read More

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike, But, the work makes us workaholic. Probably we need priorities on our commitments and a bit of improvement to the office setup. However, I believe everyone works for a good and timely salary and hence projects flowing in are more important than a cosmetic look of the office.

Your peers will be very helpful, CEO is a very nice person. Even though its a startup, it doesn't compromise on giving salary at the right time. Growing startup, which gets lots of projects. We need more of motivating and appreciating senior managers. Need to provide more perks and benefits. No work-life balance, most of the days would have to work post working hours also, indirect pressure is given. Exactly at times of appraisals managers start making you demotivated so that you will not be asking much hikes. Leave policies are namesake, and will not be given long leaves, even if you have available leaves. Management can do way better. No compensation for the extra time you work....Read More

company is good and open for new technologies and innovations.Have freedom to make our own decisions. Gives 2 bonuses in an year (Deepavali Bonus and Performance Bonus). Working atmosphere is good.

Dislikes

Paying very less salary to the employees. Not a good work-life balance. Management policies are not good every time.
