RAAD Systems is a fast growing mid size organisation. RAAD has given opportunities to grow to be a hard core engineer. The experience that your gain here are wanted all over the world !! RAAD has projects that are super big and exciting. Every project is unique. Lots of exposure to technologies, big clients who come back asking for our support and a open minded work culture. I have seen my colleagues commenting on work life balance and poor payouts. Believe me, I too see that I am so addicted to work, that I neglect my family. That's my fault probably, for not prioritizing on things. Poor Salary !! I do not think RAAD has compromised paying anyone less. Every opportunity is rewarded. Spot Bonuses, Team get together, Weekly happy hours for everyone, Event celebrations, 2 bonuses a year, medical assistance, etc. Every organisation has its ups and downs, limitations and directions. Dislikes

Nothing to dislike, But, the work makes us workaholic. Probably we need priorities on our commitments and a bit of improvement to the office setup. However, I believe everyone works for a good and timely salary and hence projects flowing in are more important than a cosmetic look of the office.

More Flexibility in work. Good bonus and hike compare with some of the MNC companies. Great place to learn new skills. Raad System develop career of individual employees. Lot of travel opportunities which include both domestic and international visit. No delay in salary.

RAAD working hours are flexible. But need to work extended timing to complete work. Tight deadline. Good place for freshers no doubt. Probably one of the best for freshers to learn lots of new things. A good training centre. However, there is no proper managers to manage the project team. CEO is a nice person and is open mined person.

Dislikes

Salary is not in par with other industries. No joining orientations and training. Laptops need change. Old laptops and lots of problems. There is no work-Life Balance. This is the big negative. All good work credits are taken by few managers. But there are one or 2 managers who are very helpful and work along with us.

Only Salary. No Benefits, No facilities. Management only talks about giving lots of facilities. There is no canteen or snacks facility in the office. No separate toilet for ladies. No transportation for working late nights. So many question asked by HR if we buy food in night and take taxi. Office setup is not good. Not like IT company look. Tables and Chairs are second hand. company is good and open for new technologies and innovations.Have freedom to make our own decisions. Gives 2 bonuses in an year (Deepavali Bonus and Performance Bonus). Working atmosphere is good.

Paying very less salary to the employees. Not a good work-life balance. Management policies are not good every time.
