...t I neglect my family. That's my fault probably, for not prioritizing on things. Poor Salary !! I do not think RAAD has compromised paying anyone less. Every opportunity is rewarded. Spot Bonuses, Team get together, Weekly happy hours for everyone, Event celebrations, 2 bonuses a year, medical assistance, etc. Every organisation has its ups and downs, limitations and directions. Not a month that RAAD denied salaries to its employees. Projects keep pouring in and even during the difficult times during the pandemic, we had real good work going on.

Dislikes

...need priorities on our commitments and a bit of improvement to the office setup. However, I believe everyone works for a good and timely salary and hence projects flowing in are more important than a cosmetic look of the office.

Likes

...art for your career. Your peers will be very helpful, CEO is a very nice person. Even though its a startup, it doesn't compromise on giving salary at the right time. Growing startup, which gets lots of projects. Job security is there. You will love your peers.

Dislikes

We need more of motivating and appreciating senior managers. Need to provide more perks and benefits. No work-life balance, most of the days would have to work post working hours also, indirect pressure is given. Exactly at times of appraisals managers start making you demotivated so that you will not be asking much hikes. Leave policies are namesake, and will not be given long leaves, even if you have available leaves. Management can do way better. No compensation for the extra time you work.

Work culture is good. Positive environment. Work life balance is good. It depends on how well we balance it and know where to draw the line. Good opportunity for all areas of learning. Team is helpful. Team dinner, team outings are always something to look forward to. Monetary benefits for the time input.

...etter infrastructure. Better planning of internal communication can be done. Salary can be better. Other perks can be improved.

RAAD working hours are flexible. But need to work extended timing to complete work. Tight deadline. Good place for freshers no doubt. Probably one of the best for freshers to learn lots of new things. A good training centre. However, there is no proper managers to manage the project team. CEO is a nice person and is open mined person.

Dislikes

Salary is not in par with other industries. No joining orientations and training. Laptops need change. Old laptops and lots of problems. There is no work-Life Balance. This is the big negative. All good work credits are taken by few managers. But there are one or 2 managers who are very helpful and work along with us.
