Pressurized hectic work.need to extend the shift to complete work.also need to login on weekends if work load is heavy.by joining this organisation your health will get worse due to the work load and pressure

Work life balance is a joke here. Never come here unless you want to be burned out of work stress. Poor planing of work. All they want is production and the won't mind the quality of your work. They don't even have a proper updates. Total waste of time. If you are a genuine worker this is not a right place. This company only fits for wage worker who works like a slave

They will not accept there ex employee That is my experience I was there for 5 yrs but after 1 yrs of gap I tried hard to rejoin but nobody help

I was not satisficed with some of the things like in Noida R1 branch for employers of R1 company is providing food but in Hyderabad R1 some of the employers are not from Hyderabad so in my team some the employers are suffering from hostel food if R1 provided food like Noida R1 it will good for our health i hope R1 will consider my request and provide this food benefits in Hyderabad R1
