It is really awesome experience in working with the R1rcm as a senior AR ANALYST . Environment is really good in company . Though as no one is perfect in their life and it’s same thing for the companies as well. But I must say they do care for their employees.

Dislikes

Some times some persons join company just for the time pass and I have came across this thing in so many company and I have met some people with the same perspective here as well but as company follow the MNC norms so they give chance to everyone to improve . Finally I must say that this company is good in terms of every aspect as per my experience till now with this company.

I love r1rcm..teammates are great..very coperative but yes politics are there..work environment is good there is no as such pressure..only n only the problem is management is not listening the employee issues positively..if nybody wants to change his or her shift due to some reasons it should be taken care of. N the best part company rehire their employess as well.
