All we need knowledge to work. After I got selected the training session was so good and it's useful.

Dislikes

The pressure is high. Especially on targets, some clients will be easy and some clients will be tough. The target for all clients are same and its difficult to met target in tough clients. Hope you will consider this and fix it.

Worst organization ever worked. They won't even care about employees safety. Please don't expect corporate culture there, it's a factory where employees are labours but won't get holiday in labour's Day. Even raised HR tickets in a decade it wasn't assigned to resolve, because no one wants to listen employees concern. Here I'm an analyst that was my role, but they want me act as an Caller, MIS operations, coder, and other than denials. Also even in pandemic they want us to work from office, were none of the corporates not even asked their employees to come back. Here as mentioned they won't care about employees life.
