In my opinion, the company shows great potential for growth. The Managing Director is incredibly inspiring, and several dedicated employees contribute positively to the workplace environment. However, certain departments are riddled with challenges that severely impact morale and productivity. The Head of Delivery (HOD) is a major problem. Their behavior is self-serving, prioritizing personal advancement over the company's growth. They are overly authoritative and disrespectful towards employees, creating a toxic atmosphere that is utterly unacceptable. Similarly, the HR Head's lack of empathy and professionalism is infuriating. They are dismissive and domineering, showing no interest in addressing employee concerns. Their attitude is a disgrace to the role they hold. The HR Manager is no better. Their inconsistency in decision-making and communication is maddening. They make changes to company policies without any notice or explanation, leading to confusion and frustration among the staff. Their constant personal calls are a blatant display of disengagement and a lack of commitment to their role. It’s infuriating that these individuals prevent these issues from reaching the Managing Director or upper management. They operate with unchecked authority, enforcing policies and behavior that are completely out of line with the company’s values and detrimental to employee well-being. Egoistic management members who consider themselves heads are making false statements to their senior persons. The HR department often comes across as rude, negatively affecting employee morale. Additionally, the HR team seems to lack basic knowledge about employee rules, such as what constitutes Basic Pay. They create rules for leave policies and clock-in timing but do not apply these rules to themselves.
