This creates a cycle where issues are not addressed, leading to failure and subsequent blame on team members. Egoistic management members who consider themselves heads are making false statements to their senior persons. The HR department often comes across as rude, negatively affecting employee morale. Additionally, the HR team seems to lack basic knowledge about employee rules, such as what constitutes Basic Pay. They create rules for leave policies and clock-in timing but do not apply these rules to themselves. The process for salary increments is unclear and seems to be based on favoritism rather than merit. Current employees, who have extensive knowledge about projects, often feel undervalued.
