There is no work flexibility. there is no remote job offers. off course everyone remove remote but that is not good.There is no vouchers for Upskilling.

No recognition of work, Managment (Project manager and team leader) is full time busy in favoritism and reginal politics. Very poor approach to allocate project to a resource when moved to bench. Reporting manager will never reply to your calls and massages or mails as if they are just counting days to move you out. There is no opportunity to learn new things.

So much manager politics every year promotion based on manager for taking himself more they try to fire u no one will help u are good for 11 months and next u are bad because of assessment. Internal audit manager is worst guy in life time who demoralize u by so many things don't even think about joining the organization

In experience letter they clearly mention 3 month notice period or 3 month basic amount to pay and leave but this not reality in notice period time they treat differently and payout option also not accept.

Salary hikes are non existant. Same with promotions. In my 2+ years of service here I have only experienced appraisal cycle once as they skip a few cycle by giving lame excuses and even in the single appraisal ALL the employees were given appraisal in a range of 2-5%, irrespective of their current ctc.
