I don't like to work. Quest is not a company....just manpower supply firm to customer.

1. Variable pay system and no benefits as money only showing in paper....company can decide the variable pay based on billing from client. 2. Managers are not trained for discipline and just for pushing the team with our knowing the job. 3. Notice period 90days...aim to target the employer carrier and loosing the opportunity and targeting and sending the employees with out benefits. 4. Job security, I am instrumentation and control engineer. QuEST have most of all mechanical related projects. Better to change the company name as quest mechanical engineering services. Rest of all engineers , if you don't have projects, then please go and sit in bench. Don't spoil your career by choosing this company.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
