Culture is good.

Management won't sit at the location which makes managers to rule as they want. They made company environment like local Indian organization. Worst experience here in my 7+ years of career.No job security.

Work Details

Not good as previous firms. Especially Belgaum division is worst as management won't sit and HR also knowing all ground reality they never take action inspite of getting multiple complaints on managers.
