No learning. You are at the mercy of the client. If client asks to do graduate level data entry work then you have to do. There is no respect of engineers for skills and experience. Quest managers just want to mint dollars through us. That's all.

Dear seekers, Quest global is not job security. I am layoff just 8 months.. There are more politics..dont waste your time to attend interview at quest global. Job timing is not 9.30 hours..its pass through 12 hours. Be safe and dont spoil your carrier. Service based company is spoil my life. My kindly advise. Thank you

Company seems to be in serious financial stress. Hikes postponed by 6 months without arrears and the hikes were so low. Performance based bonus payout was so low since last 3-4 years. Stagnentation everywhere. No growth to be seen anywhere. Top leadership is clueless.
