1. It all depends on the projects and the manager. The company is growing and got certification 'Great place to work'. Compensation can be low at mechanical domain. 2. Management is good, lot of communication goes to employees about company and policies 3. Has technical events all thru the year.

Dislikes

1. Low Compensation. New joiners will negotiate to higher salary than the old timers, but that's how the industry works. 2. Strict 90 days notice period. 3. Layoffs during Covid-19 (2020). Now management is willing to take them back. 4. They have annual feedback system, but don't know how seriously they consider and implement them.I always feel these feedbacks are just for the sake of certifications....Read More

Work Details

Moderate. Again depends on the projects you handle. Some times you may have to stretch but not often. Communicate clearly on the deadlines and stick to it. It's h one manage the workload. Precovid they had strict timings for 1st shift & 2nd shift. Now WF
