Before acquisition, our company was Nest. At that time our working time was 8.30 to 5.30. After Quest acquisition, they introduced so many bad rules. Changed working hours from 8.15 to 5.45. Total 9.30 hrs. We need to maintain weekly log 45 hrs. That is okay. But management told us to sit more than that. Then only we can log 9 hours in project. If we take 1 hour break, then we sit extra one hour for balancing log. Officially they are telling, log calculation is first in last out. But managers are not. They strictly checking 9hrs log in office. If we have less than 45 hrs log weekly in time sheet booking, that will effect our KRA( Appraisal rating ). Politics is also there. If you are favourate to your manager then you will have success in professional life. Otherwise less salary hike. They will not Consider your work. Salary hike is based on Managers decision. Not based on work. Same appraisal rating same experienced persons salary hike will be different in same project. Managers can change the salary hike amount in tool....Read More
