Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

Nothing good about this company except, some managers are supportive and they groom you well.

Dislikes

They are just business minded people. Worst corporate politics especially by female employees and reason is everyone's unsure of their place in project despite majority of year how they performed. Some managers just expect things to be done even if no one have any ideas on how to do it. Never ever discuss your problems with anyone. - Mentors/QCs put their teams status "do not disturb". They don't reply to queries and mark errors in QC workflow - Unprofessional behaviour while providing feedback - unrealistic targets - Micro-management -HRs don't respond to your issues even after multiple reminders. They work under influence of project management.
