I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Nothing good about this company except, some managers are supportive and they groom you well.

They are just business minded people. Worst corporate politics especially by female employees and reason is everyone's unsure of their place in project despite majority of year how they performed. Some managers just expect things to be done even if no one have any ideas on how to do it. Never ever discuss your problems with anyone. They don't reply to queries and mark errors in QC workflow - Unprofessional behaviour while providing feedback - unrealistic targets - Micro-management -HRs don't respond to your issues even after multiple reminders. They work under influence of project management.
