Good Appraisal and balanced work pressure

Same Appraisal for everyone and Worst Policies. No allowances for extra work (on weekend and shift hours). Doesn't found motivating factor at all except money and after a time money is not everything. We spend almost 9 - 10 hours in company and if the environment is so negative and people talks shit then eventually you start feeling negative.

I am software enginner in Test. My overall experience in QAInfotech is more than two years. I have to write tests, perform functional testing, automate these tests.

I had worked here for 3 years and my experience was terrible. I didn't get the opportunity to grow myself technically. Managers are not supportive and they will run against you. Politics is on high level. They will ask you to work late night despite you have completed your 8 hrs of work. The worst thing I have seen in this company is the billing system, you need to bill yourself everyday for 8 hrs and task assigned to you will be of 10 hrs. I even had an opportunity to go onsite at grofers.com but was turned down by my manager. Talking about work culture, the worst culture I have ever seen. You won't be allowed to talk to anyone in your free time. Incase you don't have any work for the day you have to write blogs, I mean is it something like school? Appreciation was never done though I had worked late night from home. They won't payout for the extra time you have worked. You will be provided with additional hours which you can utilise some other day working less hours. So in short if you are not a fresher joining this company won't make your life good.
