Hi Everyone. I have 2 offers 1) Ness Digital (Hybrid role in Hyderabad) offering X LPA. 2) Qualitest (Fully Remote) offering X-3 LPA. My hometown is Bhopal, which is way less expensive than Hyderabad. My mind is telling to save money and work remotely. I don't have much to talk about this point . It's like they are following work from home which is common ,giving wifi charges for name sake by making other deduction from our CTC itself and what else ....hmm I guess that's all

I can talk about what I like because that's far less than what I dislike ....work life balance is better than other organizations , remember I said better and that's all ...
