The work life balance depends on the projects you're working on, but overall it's very good & no issues at all here. Most of the projects are very good for global reputed companies & opportunities to learn while working. Benefits are mostly similar to other leading IT companies.

Sometimes it gets challenging depending on the project. But no big concerns overall.

The team manager & seniors are show a lot of interest to bringing new ideas & features to enhance features & UX. Extremely innovative work as most projects (especially in AI) are in upcoming technologies & features. Flexible working as long as you're able to meet your deadlines most of the times. Salaries are at par with the current standards.

Work is sometimes challenging, but on the brighter side the team is always there to support and help out.

Quale offers a very stable working environment. The management always motivates you to innovate in your core competency. I'm quite impressed by their AI Innovation Hub research & projects... getting to learn a lot by working on real product development in AI/ML, NLP, cognitive algorithms, etc. Overall, it's a wonderful experience.
