Dislikes

No soul/culture of the company - transactional, absolutely 0 bonding with teammates, just 1 off-site annually which is not enough to inculcate belongingness in the company. For Indian folks, there will be no switching opportunities, US people can move to clients easily but Indians can't due to obvious visa situations. That leaves very few opportunities in a handful of companies in India (ZS, Axtria, etc.). Work is not back-end but, without on-site opportunities, feels like. Skills gained in this company would not be appreciated in the Indian market (definitely in the US if you managed to secure H1B/Work-permit)....Read More
