This is the worst company and the worstest management you'll ever get to work under. They don't run business here, the top 4 people in the management do favours to each other using employees money. People in the management get paid 20Lkhs just to dress up well and roam in front of the CEO. Join this company only if you don't want money and just want to chill... Because they hardly do any work ... They have no clients, no projects, no reputation in the industry.. they just showoff as if they are bilaniors. But hold employee salaries for 3-4 months. I was not paid for two consecutive months and the HR and operations are so unprofessional that they dint even consider informing employees about the delay. You have to go beg them for updated and all that you receive is the arrogant response such as 1) We will not run away with your money 2) We'll pay you wherever company get money from client 3) Your salary is not that high that you should keep asking so much..
