I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

It is the worst company you will come across. Well, Insider info: it is not a legit company. They run a scam in the name of IT company. Absolutely none of their products are in the market and they will never be in the market because you need to be seriously working on a product to launch it. They don't follow scrum/agile methodology. They don't even have a proper CI/CD pipeline because not to forget, its not a legit company. If you are someone thinking to join this company, stop right there. I am sure you don't want to ruin precious years of your life working in this circus. This company has nothing to offer you.
