The point is, if you get good Manager, everything will be good and balanced. But if get bad Manager like Saurabh Sharma (DM) then he will eat your job against his ego.

I started as a fresher in pyramid. They hired us from college. Sounds funny tough "campus placement". Training started with 14 people 3 got fired due to low performance in training. So, out of which 11 people hit the floor interesting thing is only single guy and rest girls. It went so on for 6 months and they fired 5 girls due to not completing the target. Only left with 3 freshers!!! Coming to team people it depends my team is like funniest team in the entire floor some teams are like robotic machines work work and work. Work culture there is kinda boring no entertainment no outings very often we go. Totaly my rating for pyramid out of 10/6....Read More
