Hardcore Professionalism, Top notch Process oriented. Overall very good support. Work related issues and grievances resolved quickly

Dislikes

The clients I worked for into IT Recruiting were not quite IT clients. I felt their work culture was very different as many consultants being fired after a few months. Overall to say that the clients I recruited for could have been better. I mean there were many more team who had much better clients

I am ex employee of pyramid consulting inc. I learn so many things in this organization. Good experience with working with multiple direct client. Salary on time. Specially I thank my director of Hyderabad branch he support me always give me a good direction of work... Thank you so much giving me a chance to work in this organization.]

I dislike in pyramid consulting inc is Politics. Resource manager are bad behavior they don't know how speak with Delivery manager and recruiter. Resources manager do partiality with recruiter. When I resign even my resources manager release me in one day as per the rules I put a notice period of 2 week. But my resource manger theydon't want to see me in office why? I need a answer. One more thing my director suggest me abdul I will change your team I said OK sir as you say I will take back my resignation. After that my resource manager they went with other team resources manger and told him and given a bad feedback. I complain to human resources director they are just listen my problem but they don't take any action on resource manager I Need to say so many things.but Thank you so much Human resources for support...Read More

The point is, if you get good Manager, everything will be good and balanced. But if get bad Manager like Saurabh Sharma (DM) then he will eat your job against his ego.

Not much support from manager, no coordination, just come up with a message in every 2-3 hrs that hi team how we are doing? freak out on call and that’s it, company also doesn’t care about that. Manager oriented, no care for the employees who do hands on.

The company is a good start for people who want to experience full scale recruiting, It's a high pressure environment so you learn very quickly. One thing I appreciated was that we were trained before starting on the floor and the Managers and Team leads are very supportive.

Dislikes

Night Shift from 10 PM to 7 AM takes a toll, The pressure on submissions and offers is very high, you'll work late maybe even till 9 AM to complete daily submission targets and work on weekends to complete weekly targets. You have to jump through hoops to get leaves and the Incentive procedure is not very encouraging as you will get your incentives 3 months after you land the offer.
