Salary and benefits are good. You will get different flavor of technologies which may work in your favor or against. Company supported it's employees really good in covid times. You get bonuses and other benefits time to time.

Dislikes

Company culture is worst (Atleast for me). Leaders are bosses here. There is issue of integrity managers. Due to highly competitive environment everyone thinks from profit point of view and pushes hard towards people this goal. I was asked to do unethical thinks (such as hiding information from client once the project was over, doing work from my personal laptop in non-secure way and many more) . Manager asks to do chores on weekends like it's working day and if you refuse the ego gets hurt and in return you have to face retaliation and your life becomes hell. Very frequently they ask to appear for interview with clients on some random technologies which made me really anxious at times. They tagged me to two project parallelly and asked not to disclose to one other. One client was already demanding and I was spending 12-14 hours there, now with the second client I really hit the threshold and decided to quit. Clients loved my worked and bosses(managers) hated me as sometimes I opposed few things. Leaders are totally useless & inefficient when it comes to HR & admin Department. Shakir Iqbal, Pemanand, Karthi Palanikumar are pathetic employees and have no work ethics. Vikas Aggarwal - Director from the contingent Workforce management team is one the most incompetent leader I have seen. He regularly abuses his team & gives no growth. Should be fired immediately on compliance ground.

The likes and dislikes may vary based on the project you are in within each stream in PwC. I work in payments transformation in Advisory , here the work like balance is good and the team is supportive, for me.

Dislikes

We may work with teams in other regions such as US and UK. Sometimes it is difficult to bridge the work culture gap and may feel like a struggle to do so. Initial compensation discussions are a bit frustrating since the hr wont budge to your negotiations. Hence the salary wont be what is expected when moving companies.

1. They don't know how to run IT services as they were more into taxation. 2. You need to make so many people happy in order to get promotion. 3. Thier leaders do not have any leadership qualities. 4. Your voice will not be heard. 5. No Job Security. 6. Very much micro management. 7. Every one is unhappy. 8. So much politics. 9. Every one begging for projects like anything. 10. Full of Sadness everywhere. 11. To much working hours. 12. False committment to clients cause people suffer at downstream. 13. 1. There is enough potential for growth if you like to work in the offshore segment. 2. The salary is good. 3. Good experience if you want to move out of India in other AC's or Onshore teams. Although there have been less opportunity to move to the onshore team recently.

Dislikes

1. There is no concept of work life balance. There seems to be busy season all around the year specially in EUM and TMT Industry. 2. If your manager has a habbit of micromanagement then it is going to be very difficult to grow in your job. 3. Minimal to no client facing audit experience.

Very high work pressure. Unrealistic expectations No salary increase after good rating. Snapshots are needed for appraisal but bo senior person complete it. I hate everyday working here . You will not get time to learn, study new tech .. exhausted with existing project work.
