Despite having access to various technologies, management's approach to learning and development is limited, with decisions often prioritizing company billability to clients over employee growth. The management style is inadequate, with alack of focus on scaling individual employees' competencies. Instead, resources are often burdened with irrelevant training programs. Furthermore, there appears to be a disconnect between the US directors and partners, who seem to be unaware of the actual technology being used. Got Negative vibes Right from Induction Day. A previous batch Induction recording was played for 2 days. HR are not reachable from the start of joining date. Everything has to self learned from the start. Any person having 1/2 experience would find it very challenging to navigate during start of 3-4 months. Lacks transparency about the job role during interview causes real trouble. Please ask for clarity during interview itself. Regret leaving my previous company for this role in PWC. Ended up working extra hours sometimes from morning 6 am tillnight 1.30pm, working even on a sunday and realised this was not what I signed up for and resigned....Read More

Managers are super supportive. You get the freedom to work on your ideas and articulate them to the client directly.

Dislikes

Salary hike is not good. Promotions depends on office politics rather than your skillsets. Sometimes if there is no project with your team then the entire resource cluster stays unproductive for months. Switching to other team is next to impossible.
