The nature of work is repetitive and sometimes you question the upper management . Even the freshers are supposed to know everything from java ,RPA and Gen Ai And if someone wants to specialize in a field then they are forced to do other work

Without any prior warning, this company laid off numerous candidates, including some highly valuable ones. Didn't you consider their financial situation? Everyone has commitments, but it seems like you didn't think about that. If you're going to lay people off, shouldn't you just stop hiring in the first place?

Long working hours - even on weekends, high pressure of project deadlines, work life balance goes for toss, compensation and hikes are not great, no team building activities.
