But if your team is toxic then you may face stress & depression everyday w.r.t time sheets ,work allocation. I'd like to caution against certain job openings at PwC, specifically those in the Kolkata SDC. Despite having access to various technologies, management's approach to learning and development is limited, with decisions often prioritizing company billability to clients over employee growth. The management style is inadequate, with alack of focus on scaling individual employees' competencies. Instead, resources are often burdened with irrelevant training programs. Furthermore, there appears to be a disconnect between the US directors and partners, who seem to be unaware of the actual technology being used.
